Burn Boot Camp is a boutique gym that transforms lives and communities through empowering and challenging 45-minute cardio and strength workouts. It currently has over 200 locations across 38 states.
I led a redesign of our core websites with two goals in mind: align our design with UX/UI best practices and ensure our brand is accurately portrayed and positioned for growth. I used website analytics, user surveys, and stakeholder interviews to design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity comps. I partnered with marketing colleagues to create powerful imagery, video, and copy, and I obtained buy-in for the updated design from the executive team and system of 200+ franchise partners.
